Degree in Physical Therapy, active Physical Therapist license and 1+ year of Physical Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time Physical Therapist position is available in a school setting located in Park City, Montana. This role involves providing one-on-one therapy services to students, along with case management responsibilities to support individualized treatment plans. The position is a contract opportunity, offering hands-on patient care directly within the school environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver individualized, one-on-one physical therapy services to students in a school setting
  • Manage cases effectively by developing, implementing, and monitoring treatment plans
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Document therapy progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with state and school guidelines
  • Participate in onsite pitching and orientation scheduled for 3/20

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Valid Physical Therapist license required for Montana
  • Experience working in school-based physical therapy preferred
  • Strong skills in case management and individualized treatment plan development
  • Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
