Taco John's International is looking for afull-time Manager, Franchise Sales, to oversee the end-to-end franchise sales process to support strategic growth and brand expansion.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF THE MANAGER, FRANCHISE SALES
As the Manager, Franchise Sales, you will oversee the full franchise sales lifecycle, including discovery, qualification, approval, contract execution, and onboarding. You will actively engage with potential franchisees, build relationships, and serve as a key point of contact throughout the sales journey. You will proactively source, qualify, and nurture leads through various channels to build a strong pipeline of franchise candidates. You will organize and lead discovery days, site visits, and other key touchpoints while providing consistent updates to candidates and internal teams. You will identify and resolve challenges promptly with a focus on solutions.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE MANAGER, FRANCHISE SALES
· Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, hospitality, or a related field—or equivalent professional experience.
· Minimum of 4 years of experience in franchise management, preferably within the restaurant or food service industry.
· Proven track record in franchise sales or business development.
· Exceptional communication skills—both verbal and written—with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
· Strong interpersonal skills with a professional and approachable demeanor.
· Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
· Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and persistent in achieving results.
· Proficient in CRM systems (e.g., FranConnect, Salesforce, HubSpot), Microsoft Office, and digital communication tools.
· High ethical standards and the ability to manage sensitive information with discretion.
· Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
· Experience with Franchise Disclosure Documents (FDDs) and the franchise approval process.
· Certified Franchisee Executive Designation
· Familiarity with franchise legal, operational, and compliance frameworks.
· Experience conducting discovery days and franchise site visits.
· Understanding of sales funnels and CRM tracking best practices.
· Background in the hospitality or restaurant industry.
