We are currently looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our Staffing Team in Commerce, CA. This is an opportunity to work with a group of professional recruiters in a very fast-paced, creative and collaborative team atmosphere.

Role Description
This is a full-time, Contract, on-site role for a Recruiter at Empire Workforce Solutions in Commerce, CA. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the hiring process. They will collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, attend job fairs, and maintain candidate databases.
Recruiter Qualifications
- Recruitment, Sourcing, and Interviewing skills
- Candidate Screening and Selection abilities
- Knowledge of HR laws and regulations
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual Spanish is a plus
- Must have prior experience with payroll
- Can work flexible hours
- Must have reliable transpiration
- Detailed oriented.
Hours of operations: 8am-5:00pm
Rate: $22-$24 DOE
