Lead Dairy Sanitation – Ice Cream Manufacturing (Riviera Beach, FL)After Production Shift | Full-Time
We are hiring a Lead Sanitation professional to oversee and perform sanitation operations at our ice cream manufacturing facility. This role ensures all production areas meet food safety and regulatory standards before the next production run.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise sanitation crew during after-production shifts
- Perform and verify daily cleaning of equipment, floors, drains, and food-contact surfaces
- Execute CIP/COP procedures per SOPs
- Disassemble/reassemble equipment for deep cleaning
- Conduct pre-op inspections and complete sanitation documentation
- Ensure proper chemical handling and PPE compliance
- Partner with QA and Production to maintain 3-A and food safety standards
- Report maintenance or safety concerns immediately
Requirements:
- 2+ years sanitation experience in food/dairy manufacturing
- Leadership experience preferred
- Knowledge of GMPs, SOPs, and chemical handling
- Able to work in wet/cold environments
- Lift 50+ lbs and stand for long periods
- Reliable and detail-oriented
- Available for nights, weekends, and extended hours as needed
