The Licensed Telephonic Sales Agent will focus on offering individual health and life insurance products through telephonic communication. This role includes providing information and selling a variety of products such as Limited Medical, Short Term Medical, MEC, ACA, Medicare, Medicare Supplement, Final Expense, Term Life, and other related insurance offerings. The agent will operate under the guidance of a sales leader and is expected to maintain strong customer engagement without travel requirements. Candidates in the Tampa area will be in office while out of state candidates may work from home.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective clients to promote individual health and life insurance products
• Provide detailed product information for Limited Medical, Short Term Medical, and related insurance plans
• Maintain accurate records using CRM software to track client interactions and sales progress
• Address customer inquiries and provide solutions to meet client needs effectively
• Follow sales processes and comply with regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with the sales manager to meet individual and team sales targets
• Utilize persuasive communication and sales techniques to close sales efficiently

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Knowledge of insurance products and industry terminology
• Proficiency in sales techniques and customer service practices
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
