YOUR SCHEDULE AS A SALES AND HVAC SUPERVISOR

YOUR DAY
As a Sales and HVAC Supervisor, you will lead by example, working closely with both customers and team members to ensure the highest standards of service. You will collaborate with technicians to develop solutions tailored to customer needs, presenting these options in a clear and professional manner. Each day, you will demonstrate your ability to communicate effectively, acting as the bridge between our technicians and clients. Your leadership will foster teamwork and ensure our processes are followed, resulting in exceptional outcomes for both the company and our customers.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU AS A SALES AND HVAC SUPERVISOR
- At least one year of proven sales experience in HVAC or a related industry
- Strong leadership abilities with a demonstrated capacity to mentor and guide a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Track record of success in delivering solutions and achieving customer satisfaction
- Commitment to upholding company values and delivering quality service
- Willingness to follow and implement established processes to achieve results
