Company Description

Forefront Healthcare & Support Services is a rapidly growing, mission-driven organization delivering high-quality culinary, environmental, and facility support services across senior living, healthcare, and acute care environments. Known for elevating the resident and patient experience, Forefront combines hospitality excellence with healthcare compliance to create meaningful outcomes for those we serve.

As Forefront continues to expand nationally, we are seeking experienced clinical nutrition leaders who thrive in fast-paced environments and want to play a direct role in launching and stabilizing new communities and partnerships.

Position Summary

This is not a traditional site-based Registered Dietitian role. As part of our Implementation Team, you’ll partner with executive leadership, culinary teams, and operations to build clinical nutrition programs from the ground up during new openings, transitions, and strategic growth initiatives. If you’re energized by change, operational excellence, and the opportunity to influence outcomes at a national level — this is your chance to move beyond routine and into strategy. This position will report to the Vice President of Implementation and the Director of Clinical Nutrition & Wellness. Will need to reside near a major airport!

The Traveling Registered Dietitian – Implementation Team serves as a strategic clinical nutrition leader supporting new account openings, transitions, and operational deployments across the country. This role is part of Forefront’s implementation team and is critical to ensuring clinical nutrition programs launch successfully, meet regulatory standards, and align with Forefront’s hospitality-forward approach.

This position is ideal for a highly adaptable Registered Dietitian who enjoys building programs from the ground up, partnering with operational and culinary leadership, and driving excellence during critical phases of growth.

Serve as a clinical wellness resource supporting menu development, nutritional integrity, and operational excellence across the organization as assigned. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure clinical and culinary programs align with Forefront’s standards and resident-focused philosophy.
