Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care, including vital signs, wound care, and assistance with daily living activities

Assist with scheduling and coordinating patient care activities, including medication administration, treatments, and therapies

Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans

Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and progress

Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments
Requirements

Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification

High school diploma or equivalent required

Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition patients as needed
