Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including vital signs, wound care, and assistance with daily living activities

• Assist with scheduling and coordinating patient care activities, including medication administration, treatments, and therapies

• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and progress

• Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments

Requirements

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition patients as needed
