Desired Qualifications:
- Prior experience working with children or in a classroom setting

- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree or higher preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct support to students under the direction of the classroom teacher
- Assist with classroom activities, instruction, and organization of materials
- Help implement individualized education plans (IEPs) or 504 plans as needed
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to the teaching team
- Foster an inclusive, respectful, and encouraging learning environment
- Support students with special needs in both academic and social contexts
- Assist in maintaining a safe and orderly classroom
