Assignment Type: 13-Week Contract to Hire
Schedule: Full-Time | Second Shift | Monday Friday, Rotating Weekends

RPh on the Go is seeking a reliable and experienced Staff Pharmacist to join a Long Term Care (LTC) pharmacy in Indianapolis, Indiana. This second shift role is a contract-to-hire opportunity, perfect for pharmacists interested in a stable, long-term position within a dynamic and supportive team environment.

Position Overview:

• Shift Hours: Monday Friday | 3:00 PM 12:00 AM

• Weekend Rotation: Every 3rd weekend

• Alternative Schedule Considered: 7 on / 7 off

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify and review prescriptions for accuracy and clinical appropriateness

• Conduct drug utilization reviews and monitor for drug interactions

• Supervise and support pharmacy technicians

• Ensure compliance with federal and state pharmacy regulations

• Oversee medication preparation and distribution for LTC patients

• Maintain detailed records and documentation

Qualifications:

• Active Indiana Pharmacist License in good standing

• Minimum 2 years of experience using Framework to run cycle fills (required)

• Experience with IV preparation is a plus, but not required
