Relocation or commute required** Job Type: Full-TimePay: $17.00 - $23.00McCook Sand and Gravel is looking for a Dredge Pump Operator to manage the dredge motor and ensure smooth operations on the water. If you enjoy working outdoors and have experience operating machinery, this could be the job for you!Job Responsibilities:

<li>Operate the dredge motor from the boat to maintain proper material flow</li>
<li>Perform daily safety inspections and routine maintenance on the dredge pump</li>
<li>Monitor water levels and adjust the dredging process as needed</li>
<li>Follow all safety procedures and regulations while working around water and heavy equipment</li>
<li>Communicate with team members to coordinate material movement efficiently</li>
</ul>
Job Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Ability to work on a boat for extended periods</li>
<li>Strong attention to safety and operational details</li>
<li>Mechanical experience preferred but not required</li>
<li>Must pass a pre-employment physical, drug test, and obtain a medical card</li>
