Make a difference as a FULL TIME MENTAL HEALTH TECHNICIAN NEEDED FOR NIGHTS 7P-7A WThF/ThFSa Rotation

As a Full-Time Mental Health Technician at Apollo Behavioral Health Hospital, you will work on a 7 PM to 7 AM schedule, rotating between Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and the alternating week of Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. Your daily responsibilities will involve closely monitoring patients, assisting with their daily activities, and ensuring a safe and supportive environment. You will engage in therapeutic interactions, listen actively, and document patient behaviors and progress meticulously. Collaboration with the healthcare team is essential, as you will help implement treatment plans and respond to any emerging needs or crises with professionalism and care. You will also participate in staff meetings focused on enhancing team effectiveness and quality of care.
