RTI provides Roll-Off Container and Dump Truck services to Commercial and Industrial sites, we are seeking a reliable and motivated Shop Helper to support our daily operations. This is a multi-faceted role perfect for someone who enjoys working with their hands, staying organized, and learning the ropes of a busy maintenance shop.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fleet & Shop Maintenance: Wash and detail company vehicles/equipment and keep the shop floor clean and organized
• Logistics: Pick up and drop off parts, tools, and supplies at various local vendors.
• Mechanical Support: Assist mechanics with greasing equipment and performing small repairs or adjustments.
• General Support: Assist with loading/unloading deliveries and organizing inventory

What we are looking for:

1. Reliability: Show up on time and ready to work.
2. Valid Driver’s License: A clean driving record is required for running parts.
3. Physical Ability to lift up to 50lbs and work on your feet.
4. Welding Experience (Helpful): Basic knowledge of MIG welding is a plus and will allow you to assist in more fabrication-focused tasks.
5. Willingness to learn: We are looking for someone eager to grow their skills in a professional shop environment.
