JOB SUMMARYThe Marketing Analyst/Specialist will support the execution of global marketing communications by building, testing, and launching retention marketing campaigns for the Ads Marketing team. This role focuses on campaign operations and works closely with Lifecycle Marketing partners and cross-functional teams to ensure marketing campaigns are delivered on time, reach the correct audience, and maintain high standards of quality and accuracy. The position plays a critical role in operational efficiency, campaign delivery, and performance optimization across multiple marketing channels including email, push notifications, and in-app messaging.
Key Responsibilities

  • Build, test, launch, and optimize retention marketing campaigns across email, push notifications, in-app messaging, and other marketing channels.
  • Use Iterable and internal marketing platforms to implement campaign workflows, automation, dynamic content, and A/B testing.
  • Manage campaign setup including audience segmentation, asset integration, and launch readiness checks.
  • Conduct quality assurance (QA) reviews to ensure campaigns meet brand and technical standards prior to launch.
  • Develop scalable processes and workflows to improve campaign delivery efficiency and reduce operational errors.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Lifecycle Marketing, Ads Marketing, Martech, Data Science, Product, Engineering, and Design.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics and provide insights to improve future campaign quality and effectiveness.
  • Serve as the primary operational contact for Ads Marketing Lifecycle partners to ensure campaign alignment with business goals.
  • Capture stakeholder feedback and incorporate updates during campaign development and execution.

Required Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of experience in B2B retention marketing, email marketing, CRM operations, or lifecycle marketing.
  • Experience working with email service providers (ESP) or marketing automation platforms.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Ability to analyze campaign performance data and translate insights into improvements.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Data Analytics, or a related field preferred.
  • Equivalent practical experience in marketing operations, CRM, or lifecycle marketing may be considered in place of formal education.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with Iterable marketing automation platform.
  • Experience with marketing analytics, segmentation strategies, and campaign optimization techniques.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing operations and CRM campaign management.
