Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Audit Senior to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll lead audit engagements for a diverse portfolio of private companies in industries such as construction, manufacturing, and real estate. You'll play a key role in ensuring compliance, delivering accurate financial reporting, and building trusted client relationships.
This is a hybrid position, offering the flexibility to work both in-office and remotely.
What You'll Do
- Lead and manage audit engagements from planning through completion.
- Review and mentor junior staff, fostering their professional growth.
- Prepare financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
- Identify and communicate audit findings to clients and firm leadership.
- Assist in developing and implementing effective audit strategies.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional service.
- Stay informed on industry trends and regulatory changes.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
- CPA certification or CPA eligibility required.
- Minimum 3 years of public accounting experience, with a focus on audit.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP standards.
- Experience with private companies in construction, manufacturing, or real estate preferred.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
