Job Description
A growing advanced manufacturing organization specializing in precision rubber and urethane components for highly regulated industries is seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to strengthen and elevate its Quality Management System.
This organization produces custom-molded elastomer and polyurethane products used in demanding applications where performance, compliance, and repeatability are critical. Manufacturing processes include:
- Rubber & urethane molding
- Compression & injection molding
- Tight-tolerance finishing & inspection
- Regulated production environments
- Continuous improvement & lean-driven operations
The facility has built a reputation for process stability, on-time delivery, and consistent quality performance, and this role will play a key part in sustaining and advancing those standards.
What You’ll Do
- Support and enhance an ISO -9001-aligned Quality Management System
- Lead and participate in internal and external audits
- Drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
- Analyze root causes and implement systemic improvements
- Interface with customers and suppliers on quality matters
- Improve documentation, compliance rigor, and process consistency
- Partner cross-functionally with operations and engineering
