Operations Analyst:
Location: Onsite, Washington, D.C.
Clearance Required: Top-Secret/SCI
The Operations Analyst performs a variety of Training Functions and Administrative duties that are necessary to run the organization efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule and facilitate remote-based training in a virtual environment
- Classroom training in FBI facilities, and blended learning utilizing technology
- Create training schedules, coordinate with instructors, complete training announcements, compile applications and participant information
- Facilitate virtual and in-person training iterations, address student questions and concerns
- Maintain training records, training websites, conduct post-training surveys, and provide course evaluation data to instructors and unit management
- Review and generate reports in Virtual Academy
- Support the customer with administrative duties
- Build and execute mission-critical training for language professionals
- Provide day-to-day customer service communicating with Language professionals and various customers, soliciting feedback and using it to improve work products and services
- Support the enhancement of customer service and satisfaction
- Assist with the program's projects, to include preparing communication materials, running reports and producing surveys by effectively using facts, data, and logical arguments
- Perform additional duties during the absence of other team members
Qualifications:
- Knowledge and experience as a Training Coordinator (preferred)
- High school diploma and three (3) years of general office experience. Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college or relevant training may be substituted for experience.
- Knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Power Point, Excel, and Word.
- Ability to communicate orally and in writing.
- Experience operating standard office equipment
