Premier Medical Staffing Services is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Wisconsin Rapids, Wisconsin.

- Required Certifications: WI RN License, AHA BLS, ACLS
- Required Education: ADN or BSN
- PREFERRED EDUCATION: Bachelor's Degree
- Float Requirements: to alike units within skillset (IMC), Must be willing to float to Aspirus Stevens Point, Plover and Divine Savior
- On Call/Call Back Requirements: N/A
- Weekend/Holiday: Every other weekend
- Shift Requirement: 12hr variables
- Guaranteed Hours Per Week: 36 hours
- RADIUS RULE: 50 MILES FROM FACILITY - expires 1/23
- Charting Experience Required: EPIC preferred
- Unit Information (Bed size, Case type, Patient ratio): 40 bed medical/surgical/pediatric unit. Avg daily census 28. Patient ratios on days and pm max of 5 patients (avg 4), nights max of 7
