Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
  • Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Previous experience working in school settings, particularly with K-12 students
  • Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Capacity to work collaboratively with educators, parents, and other specialists
  • Knowledge of current best practices in speech and language therapy

Location:
Hayward, CA

Responsibilities:

  • Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for students with speech and language disorders
  • Maintain a caseload of up to 55 students, ensuring personalized support and intervention
  • Collaborate with teachers and staff to create and implement IEPs tailored to individual student needs
  • Conduct regular progress evaluations and adjust therapy techniques as necessary
  • Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student progress and challenges
  • Participate in team meetings, professional development, and training sessions as required
