Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Inside Sales & Support Specialist to join our team. This full-time role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has excellent follow-up skills, and is confident handling customer interactions over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage inbound and outbound sales calls with professionalism and strong communication skills
• Provide exceptional customer support and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction
• Process orders accurately and efficiently
• Utilize QuickBooks and Excel for order tracking, reporting, and data management
• Assist in organizing and coordinating trade shows and events
• Maintain organized records and ensure attention to detail in all tasks

Qualifications:

• Strong phone and interpersonal communication skills
• High level of organization and attention to detail
• Experience with QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work

Schedule:

• Full-time, Monday through Friday

Compensation:

• Base hourly pay ($18 - $20) plus commission *
• 90 day probation.
• * Commission only applies after probation.
