Job Summary:
Individual is responsible for processing communication headset orders and taking incoming telephone calls from our customers.
Duties/ Responsibilities:
- Process new Purchase Orders.
- Answer general end-user and dealer questions such as: Product information, Price and availability, technical assistance, Product Complaint, Repair procedure/address, Repair status request.
- Answer customer questions and assist with finding the correct product needed for their application.
- Interact with Sales, Production & Inventory Control, Accounting, Engineering, and Shipping Departments on a daily basis to satisfy our customers’ needs.
- Provide Return Authorization numbers to customers returning product for credit.
- Coordinate Demo Loaner and Shipping Papers.
- Track packages or give tracking numbers.
- Assist walk-in customers.
- Other duties as required.
