Degree in Physical Therapy, active Physical Therapist license and 1+ year of Physical Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
This opportunity is for a licensed physical therapist to provide services in a K-12 school setting within Warren County Special Services School District, located in Bloomsbury, NJ. This contract position runs from ASAP through May 29, 2026, with flexible, per diem hours based on caseload.
Location:
- Bloomsbury, NJ at Warren Glenn Academy (Warren County SSSD office is in Oxford, but the role is specifically in Bloomsbury)
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver physical therapy services to multiple students across grades K through 12
- Collaborate with educators and support staff to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes in compliance with state requirements
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to student assessments as needed
Qualifications:
- Valid state physical therapy license required
- Experience working in school-based physical therapy preferred
- Ability to manage a caseload of students in various age groups
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
