Nurse Practitioner position available in holistic, functional medicine practice in Tyrone, GA. Our purpose is to help as many people as possible to live a long and pain free life. You will start working one day per week, with the possibility of adding additional days in the future, Experience with hormone pellet insertion a plus but not required.
