Robert Half is expanding our Full-Time Engagement Professional (FTEP) practice and is seeking a Financial Analyst with strong FP& A and business partnering experience.


As an Engagement Professional, you’ll be deployed to client organizations for longer-term financial analysis assignments, while remaining a full-time Robert Half employee with salary, benefits, overtime, and bonus eligibility.


This role is ideal for analysts who want to deepen their FP& A skillset while gaining exposure to multiple industries and leadership teams.


Responsibilities

  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes
  • Prepare financial models, scenario analysis, and KPI reporting
  • Perform variance and trend analysis for leadership review
  • Assist with board decks, executive presentations, and dashboards
  • Partner cross-functionally to support operational decision-making
  • Improve financial reporting accuracy and efficiency
  • Support system implementations and reporting enhancements

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
  • 3–8+ years of experience in Financial Analysis or FP& A
  • Advanced Excel skills; ERP and reporting tool experience required
  • Strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills
  • Flexible, growth-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn
