Schedule: MondayFriday | 35 hours/week
Caseload: 1520 students per school | Grades K5
Setting: Two shared elementary campuses

Soliant Education is seeking a dedicated School Social Worker or School Psychologist for an onsite opportunity near Branchville, CT. This position serves K5 students across two collaborative campuses, providing vital group and individual counseling services.

This is a rewarding full-time role with weekly pay and a prehensive benefits package, starting immediately and continuing through the end of the school year.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver individual and group counseling sessions to elementary-aged students

• Utilize the CTSEDS system for documentation and pliance

• Collaborate with school teams, families, and outside professionals to support student mental health

• Participate in IEP meetings and other student support initiatives

• Support students emotional, behavioral, and academic success

Requirements:

• Valid CT 071 School Social Worker license or

• Valid CT 070 School Psychologist license

• Previous experience with K5th grade preferred

• Familiarity with CTSEDS a plus

• Strong interpersonal and munication skills
