Maisie's Place Family Support Solutions is looking for a detail-oriented Admin to support our Management team and our Clients. Must be able to handle a stressful environment, working to assist in a number of areas. Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Updating and maintaining Staff files
- Updating Client files
- Scheduling appointments, coordinate calendars, manage meeting arrangements for Executive Director, Program Director and CSF
- Scheduling interviews for job applicants
- Check references for job applicants
- Coordination of health insurance for Staff
- Supporting office management activities including supply inventory, equipment maintenance, and general organization
- Other duties as assigned

Corporate office hours are 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Monday - Friday. As Admin, among your responsibilities is opening and closing the office each day.
