Job Description
We are currently seeking a compassionate and reliable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team in Yuma, Arizona. This role offers 12-hour night shifts and an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patient care in a supportive clinical environment.
Schedule

Full-time and/or part-time availability (depending on facility needs)

Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>
Provide direct patient care under the supervision of an RN or physician
</li>
<li>
Monitor vital signs and report changes in patient condition
</li>
<li>
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
</li>
<li>
Assist with daily patient care activities and ensure comfort and safety
</li>
<li>
Accurately document patient information and care provided
</li>
<li>
Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver high-quality care
</li>
</ul>
Requirements
<ul>
<li>
Active Arizona LPN license in good standing
</li>
<li>
Minimum 1 year of LPN experience
</li>
