Rutherford Veterinary Hospital is seeking a full-time experienced Veterinary Technician to join our AAHA accredited hospital. We are located near downtown Dallas. LVT preferred, but will consider an applicant with at least 2 years clinical experience or a second year tech student. Our hospital is focused on client communication as well as excellent patient care. Your skills will be utilized at our practice.
Applicant must have a skill base that includes:
Excellent communication skills
Ability to be a team player
Ability to multi-task
Anesthesia Monitoring
Surgical Preparation
IV Catheterization
Client Education
Ability to do dentals
Excellent benefit package including health, dental, and vision, uniforms, paid vacation, CE, 401K, and a generous pet discount. Starting salary range is $17.00 - $21.00 per hour and will be based upon experience and LVT status. This position requires the applicant to work Saturdays.
