Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Education, active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, and a minimum 1+ years BCBA experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This full-time, in-person position offers an exciting opportunity to serve as a Behavior Specialist and Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in a K-12 educational environment. The role begins as soon as possible and extends through the end of the current school year, providing impactful support to students with diverse behavioral needs.

Responsibilities include conducting functional behavior assessments, developing and implementing individualized behavior intervention plans, collaborating with educators and families, and monitoring student progress. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in applied behavior analysis within a school setting, ensuring positive behavioral outcomes that enhance the educational experience.

Qualifications:

  • Masters Degree in Psychology or Special Education with BCBA certificationOR
  • Valid California Education Specialist Credential or Pupil Personnel Credential in School Psychology, including Autism Authorization
  • Strong skills in applied behavior analysis and behavior support strategies for K-12 students
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with school staff and families
