About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Outpatient Physical Therapist to join our growing team. Whether you’re a new grad or a seasoned professional, this is an excellent opportunity to grow your skills in a supportive and collaborative environment.

You’ll work with a diverse caseload of patients, primarily with musculoskeletal and orthopedic conditions, while maintaining a manageable caseload to provide the highest quality of care.

What You’ll Do

• Evaluate, plan, and provide physical therapy treatments for a variety of conditions.

• Manage both non-surgical and post-operative patients, including sports-specific rehab and spine/joint management.

• Educate patients on treatment plans, progress, and home exercise programs.

• Collaborate with a team of clinicians to achieve the best patient outcomes.

• Document care accurately and maintain compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate (or pending graduate) from an accredited Physical Therapy program.

• Active (or pending) Physical Therapist state license.
