Location: Pittsburgh, PA
Position Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a Branch / Service Manager, you’ll lead overall branch operations with a strong focus on service performance, profitability, customer satisfaction, and team development. You will:

➤ Provide overall leadership for branch operations, including Service and Parts departments
➤ Drive branch-level sales, revenue, and net profit by managing staffing, expenses, and operational efficiency
➤ Lead, coach, and evaluate Service and Parts leadership while fostering a high-performance culture
➤ Develop and manage annual operating and capital budgets and monitor financial performance
➤ Oversee service department productivity, technician efficiency, quality control, and repair accuracy
➤ Ensure service sales goals and profit objectives are met through effective scheduling, pricing, and workflow management
➤ Maintain strong customer relationships, resolve escalated issues, and ensure consistent customer follow-up
➤ Collaborate with Parts leadership to ensure parts availability and effective inventory management
➤ Support technician training, manufacturer certification compliance, and workforce development initiatives
➤ Ensure compliance with OSHA, environmental, warranty, and all federal, state, and local regulations
➤ Promote and enforce a strong safety culture through training, inspections, and corrective action
➤ Serve as liaison with manufacturers, factory representatives, and technical schools
➤ Lead continuous improvement initiatives and support branch-wide collaboration and communication

WHAT YOU BRING

◆ Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree preferred. 5+ years of experience in dealership, repair, or service operations (truck, heavy equipment, automotive, or related industry), including 3+ years in a supervisory or leadership role. Experience leading technicians, service advisors, and support teams, with exposure to financial performance and P&L management.

◆ Certificates & Licenses: Valid Driver’s License required; must meet company insurability standards

◆ Physical Requirements: Frequent walking; occasional climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling. Occasionally lift/move up to 25 lbs.
