Direct Hire | Up to $94,000/year
???? Location: Lincoln Park, MI
???? Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM (occasional evenings/weekends as needed)
???? About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced Social Work Supervisor to lead the clinical and administrative delivery of services for children and families in the community. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on clinical excellence, staff supervision, and positive client outcomes within a therapeutic foster care model.
???? Key Responsibilities

Provide clinical supervision and leadership to staff

Oversee and review treatment records and reports

Build therapeutic relationships with children, foster families, and biological families

Assess and coordinate routine and emergency mental health services

Make treatment, placement, and transition decisions

Provide/coordinate crisis and emergency assessments, including on-call support when needed

Monitor program outcomes, fidelity, and effectiveness

Ensure timely completion of required reports and documentation
✅ Required Qualifications

Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Professional Counseling

Michigan licensure: LMSW, LLP, or LPC (required)

3+ years providing mental health services to children/adolescents
-
1+ year in a supervisory role
-
Strong clinical skills, DSM knowledge, crisis intervention experience, and cultural competency

Valid driver’s license with a favorable driving record

Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available)
