Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This engaging contract opportunity near Randolph, MN, supports learners from kindergarten through twelfth grade. As a building SLP, you will collaborate with educators and families, working directly with a diverse K-12 caseload to help students unlock their communication potential and thrive both academically and socially.
Qualifications:
- Current Speech-Language Pathologist license and credentials in Minnesota
- Demonstrated experience working in school settings
- Familiarity with a range of therapeutic techniques and assessment tools for children and adolescents
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to create and maintain detailed documentation
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language services to students in a supportive school environment
- Develop individualized education plans and progress reports tailored to each student’s needs
- Collaborate with teachers, special education teams, and parents to facilitate comprehensive student support
- Deliver engaging therapy sessions tailored to various ages and ability levels
- Track student progress and adjust interventions as necessary to maximize outcomes
