Job Title: LVN/ LPN - Home Health
Location: Manchester, NH
Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: Day 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 16:30)
Requirements:
BLS, Covid, flu vaccine: required
LPN NH state license - required
Must have 1-2 yrs of LPN experience.
Note: 1-2 years Prefer home health experience, however, will accept med surge experience/nursing home or facility experience.
Phlebotomy skills required.
EMR: EPIC
Weekends may be required as needed
Patient Age Group: Adults, Geriatrics
Patient Diagnoses: Medical and surgical diagnoses; Our nurses are generalists taking care of wound care, ostomy's, indwelling catheters, surgical patients; CVA, Cancer, edema, Sepsis, COPD, CHF; Skills checklist will be performed with the onboarding process
Special Equipment: coagucek, phlebetomy skills, Aspira drain
Note: Traveler will be required to own a vehicle as they will be providing care in patients homes
