Account Executive /Client Services
Small Giants account managers serve as the vital link between our clients and internal teams of multiple departments within a full-service marketing agency. Key responsibilities include managing relationships, project management of multiple projects for a client, and oversight of proposals and budgets to drive client satisfaction. You can expect to participate in the following with Small Giants as an Account Manager:
-Onboardingclients, monitoring campaign performance, ensuring timely deliverables, and identifying upsell opportunities to meet revenue targets
- Support cross-departmental client alignment on projects and retainers
- Work with directors on cross-departmental scope development, hour allocation and
execution
- ClickUp monitoring for project status and execution
- Run weekly, monthly, quarterly account performance reports for internal and external
use
- Lead and assist strategy planning for new and current clients
Improve client communication by executing the following:
o Prepare high-level end-of-week account updates for clients
o Prepare agenda for assigned accounts
- Provide oversight for retainer clients on an as-needed basis
- Project oversight of deadlines, outcomes, objectives and quality control
- Identify opportunities for cross selling to increase wallet share
- Oversee client-intake process
- Work alongside and support Department Directors on special projects on an as-needed-basis
- Represent Small Giants at external industry events and associations
Requirements:
- Undergraduate degree in business, marketing or similar
- Agency experience preferred
- 3-5 years of similar account management experience is required.
