Manager, Corporate Compliance
Location: Hybrid (In-office Tuesdays and Wednesdays)
Salary: $85,000 – $110,400 / year

Overview:
Join a mission-driven healthcare organization as a Manager of Corporate Compliance. This position plays a critical role in reviewing proposed arrangements with referral sources to ensure legal compliance and mitigate risk under federal fraud, waste, and abuse laws. This role requires strong analytical and communication skills, deep understanding of healthcare compliance, and the ability to collaborate across legal, compliance, and business functions.
Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate referral source agreements and documentation for legal compliance and business rationale.

Ensure adherence to laws such as the Anti-Kickback Statute.

Advise on risk and collaborate with business leaders, legal, and compliance partners.

Prioritize reviews and manage special projects.

Participate in process improvements to enhance compliance programs.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree required; JD, LLM, or MSL a plus.

5+ years of experience in healthcare legal or compliance roles.

Strong knowledge of healthcare laws and federal compliance requirements.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Experience with Salesforce is a plus.

Must work onsite two days per week (Tuesdays & Wednesdays); occasional travel for conferences.
