Payrate: $27/Hr. On W2
Contract: 12 months contract
Locations: Salt Lake City, UT 84116

Position Overview:
Preference for candidates with hands-on chemistry, wet lab, bio lab or analysis experience.
- All candidates should have a bachelor's degree, and the specific degrees are called out below.

Description:
Looking for local candidates, contract position, potential long term depending on business needs. Flexible schedule, Full time.
Roles:
- Provide technical skill, analytical testing, and engineering support for technology development activities for various medical device products. Support current projects in research & development and possibly pilot-scale manufacturing
- Focus will be on analytical chemistry work and / or in vitro biomedical work using instruments in the lab.
- Execute technical and cross-functional project work
- Follow and execute on standard operating procedures (SOP) and test methods.
- Coordinate and support maintenance activities of lab as required.
- Perform other miscellaneous duties as directed by Supervisor or as required to support the business.
Must haves:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant major: Chemistry, chemical engineering, biomedical engineering, materials science, or closely related fields.
- Experience / understanding of working in a lab. Lab work experience a strong plus.
- Ability to write detailed technical protocols and reports a strong plus.
- Strong communication skills
- Strong willingness to learn
