Job DescriptionA day on the production floor

Start early, work with your hands, and see tangible results by the end of your shift. At 4:00 a.m., you’ll step onto the plant floor with a team that’s synchronized and safety-focused. You’ll prep forms, place reinforcement, pour, and finish concrete components that head straight to job sites.

Compensation and path

• Temp-to-hire role with a clear pathway to join the client company
• Hourly rate: $19.50
• Day shift beginning at 4:00 a.m.
• Plenty of overtime available; average 45+ hours per week

Your impact

• Set up formwork and pour concrete components
• Lay out wire mesh, rebar, and other reinforcing materials
• Level and finish freshly poured concrete to spec
• Lift and carry materials up to 50 lbs
• Support day-to-day plant operations as part of a tight-knit team

What you’ll bring

• Ability to lift, bend, stretch, and stand for long periods (up to 12 hours/day)
• Steel-toed boots and comfort working in all weather conditions
• Basic math skills and confidence reading a tape measure
• Strong work ethic and team-first mindset
• Mechanical or maintenance experience is a plus (not required)
