What You'll Do:

Prepare organized, highly accurate cost estimates and quantity takeoffs for custom projects, owner selections, and change orders.
Lead procurement strategies to meet budget and schedule goals.
Source and negotiate with vendors and trades for optimal pricing, terms, and quality.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with subcontractors, some going back decades.
Create and track purchase orders, submittals, and project documentation in alignment with milestones.
Collaborate with Project Managers, Architects, and Clients to bring clarity, value, and excellence to every detail.
Assist with invoicing and inclusion in draw schedules, track ASIs, and ensure procurement compliance.

What You Bring:

5-10+ years' experience in residential construction estimating or procurement.
Strong knowledge of luxury construction materials, finishes, and vendors.
Keen eye for detail, well-developed organizational and analytical skills.
Proficiency with Sage 100 (preferred), and ideally Procore.
Ability to read and interpret architectural plans and specifications.
A team-player mindset with exceptional communication and vendor management skills.
Local residency in Sarasota or Manatee County is required.
