Express Employment Professionals is partnering with a Cabinet Company in Waconia - Company has new upbeat and friendly culture! New equipment! This is a Direct Hire Opportunity with $500 sign on bonus!
Finisher Job Responsibilities:
- Spray product on the finishing line per move ticket standards.
- Perform sanding duties on the finishing line using a sanding block/sponge/paper.
- Perform wiping duties on the finishing line using wiping rag.
- Perform loading/unloading duties as directed.
- Rotate between the various spraying job positions.
- Perform sanding duties on the line using a sanding block or sandpaper.
- Perform wiping duties on the line using a wiping rag.
- Perform line loading/unloading duties as directed.
- Communicate with various departments and personnel.
- Complete any necessary documentation and paperwork.
- Maintain production and quality standards.
- Follow all safety rules and work instructions.
- Perform all duties in a safe manner.
- Actively participate with the natural work team.
Job Requirements:
- HS/GED
- Must pass background check
- Ability to read and understand move tickets.
- Ability to spray all finishes.
- Ability to sand/wipe all finishes.
- Must have the ability to identify various finishes and wood species.
Hours: Range From 8AM to 4:30PM Monday-Friday Pay Range: $20.00 - $27.00
