Job DescriptionJob Summary (RN PRN Bench for Beachwood and Avon):

- Position: Registered Nurse (RN), PRN (as needed), Bench (float pool)
- Locations: University Hospitals Rehabilitation Hospital in Beachwood and Avon
- Work Schedule: Flexible; no minimum hours or guaranteed shifts; scheduling coordinated with facility
- Requirements: Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
- Credentialing: Must be credentialed prior to working; standard compliance regulations apply
- Patient Population: Individuals recovering from severe injury or illness, including stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injury
- Facility: 50-bed, state-of-the-art inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital
- Care Approach: Provides ongoing, specialized, and intensive rehabilitation tailored to individual patient needs
- Accreditation: Accredited by The Joint Commission and CARF for Comprehensive Integrated Inpatient Rehabilitation, Stroke, and Brain Specialty Programs
- Goal: To maximize health, function, and quality of life for patients through comprehensive physical medicine and rehabilitation programs
