With a strong reputation for world-class customer service and cutting-edge technology, we are expanding our team and seeking a dynamic Water Treatment Service Manager to lead and inspire our growing Installation and Service team!


About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Water Treatment Service Manager to lead our service operations and technician team. In this role, you will manage daily service activities, ensure regulatory compliance, support customer satisfaction, and drive continuous improvement across water treatment service operations.

This position is ideal for a hands-on leader with strong technical knowledge of water treatment systems and a passion for team development and customer service.


Responsibilities

  • Manage installation, maintenance, and repair of water treatment systems
  • Supervise, train, and mentor service technicians
  • Schedule service work and preventive maintenance programs
  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards (EPA, OSHA, local requirements)
  • Serve as escalation point for customer service and technical issues
  • Review service reports, documentation, and job performance metrics
  • Manage service inventory, tools, and equipment
  • Collaborate with sales and operations teams to support customer needs
  • Identify opportunities to improve service efficiency and quality

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of Service Manager leadership in the Water Treatment industry (or a related field).
  • Strong knowledge of water treatment systems and water chemistry
  • Familiarity with regulatory and safety standards
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites
  • Experience with industrial, commercial, or municipal water systems

  • Comfortable using service management software and MS Office
  • Service Titan experience highly desirable
