The RN-Specialty position entails delivering expert nursing care under the guidance of physicians within a medical setting, with a particular emphasis on pediatric patients, including those diagnosed with autism. This role involves providing professional nursing services to patients in collaboration with physicians. Responsibilities include assisting in patient treatment and managing associated clinical documentation. Qualifications:
- Education: Completion of an accredited nursing program.
- Licensure: Must hold a current and valid state nursing license.
- Experience: Required pediatric experience, with a strong ability to communicate clearly and compassionately with parents or guardians of children with autism.
- Preferred: Previous experience working with children on the autism spectrum.
- Certifications: CPR certification is required or must be obtained within 90 days of employment.
