Dassault Falcon Jet in Melbourne, FL is seeking a full-time professional and customer-focused Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact and create a welcoming experience for all visitors and callers.

Principal Duties And Responsibilities:

  • Greeting all visitors entering the facility, and arrange employee escorts as necessary.
  • Directs visitors by contacting the appropriate employee or department
  • Maintains security; ensures sign in logs are filled out (digital and electronically), issues temporary visitor badges when necessary
  • Maintains customer office and reception area by straightening if needed, ordering, and stocking supplies as well
  • Sort incoming mail for distribution to appropriate personnel
  • Aide internal/external customers as needed with car rentals, hotel reservations, order catering
  • Performs other duties as assigned

    Qualifications:

    • High School graduate or equivalent
    • Intermediate level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, PPT, and excel
    • Excellent telephone and interpersonal communication skills
    • Customer service oriented
    • Strong reliability and good attendance
    • Strong computer skills
    • Proven ability to work and communicate effectively with managers, supervisors, technicians, and customers in a business-like professional manner
    • Possess and maintain unrestricted driving privileges with a valid river’s

      Working Conditions:

      • Primarily a professional office environment
      • Occasional trips to hanger floor, shops, and aircraft
      • The receptionist must remain at the reception desk during normal business operating hours except when properly relieved from breaks and or lunch periods
      • Must be able to work overtime and flexible hours is required

      Compensation and Benefits:

      The compensation for this position typically ranges from $18 to $23 per hour, and the role is eligible for overtime. Final compensation will be based on several factors, including—but not limited to—relevant experience, education, and certifications.
