This role involves reviewing paperwork, ordering materials, scheduling subcontractors, and assisting with payroll. Ideal candidates thrive in fast-paced environments, communicate clearly, and bring sharp organizational skills. Familiarity with construction or shingle roofing is a plus. Schedules needed: Monday-Friday 7am-4pm&nbsp;Monday- Friday 1pm-9pm&nbsp; &nbsp; Key Responsibilities Key Responsibilities:

<li>Manage paperwork, invoices, and job documentation</li>
<li>Maintain reports and track project status</li>
<li>Process bi-weekly subcontractor payroll</li>
