Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update general ledger entries, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
  • Reconcile bank statements and monitor company financial transactions.
  • Process payroll and ensure accurate reporting for management.
  • Assist with monthly and year-end closing procedures.
  • Prepare financial statements and ad hoc reports as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable regulations.

  • Proven experience as a Bookkeeper, Staff Accountant, or in a similar accounting role.
  • Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, or comparable platforms.
  • Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and data entry.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
