As a Home Health Aide (HHA) at First Home, you’ll play a vital role in providing compassionate care and support to our clients. Your work will help improve the quality of life for individuals in need, all while being part of a team that truly values your contributions.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll:
- Assist clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Help with light housekeeping and meal preparation to ensure a comfortable home environment.
- Monitor and report changes in clients’ health or behavior to the appropriate team members.
- Follow care plans and ensure clients’ needs are met with dignity and respect.
What We’re Looking For
To thrive in this role, you should have:
- At least 1 year of experience as a Home Health Aide or in a similar caregiving role.
- A genuine passion for helping others and a caring, patient demeanor.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must have a valid HHA license.
