The Warehouse Associate will assist with managing the client’s and customer-owned inventories, ensuring accuracy in SnapTracker and other business systems. This role involves handling inventory reservations, billing support, and overseeing warehouse operations. This is a contract-to-hire position.
Compensation: $20 - $25/hr, DOE
Schedule: Monday-Friday, Day Shift, OT as needed
Location: Kent, WA
Responsibilities:
- Ensure inventory database accuracy in SnapTracker, including adding and removing items.
- Manage inventory reservations and verify product tagging.
- Assist with storage billing and create receiving records for reconciliation.
- Track and report warehouse storage revenue and expenses.
- Support documentation uploads and product returns management.
Requirements:
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Experience in inventory and warehouse processes.
- Forklift operation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficient in basic computer use and quick learner.
