Job Description
JOB SUMMARY: The Recruiter is responsible for full-cycle recruitment for all company locations across Georgia and South Carolina. This role manages the end-to-end recruitment process, including job requisition creation, job postings, applicant screening, interview coordination, and onboarding support. The Recruiter will collaborate closely with executive directors, clinical managers, and other hiring authorities to ensure effective, timely, and compliant hiring practices that meet organizational needs.

· Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization’s HRIS and talent management systems.
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
· At least 2 years of recruiting experience, preferably in a healthcare environment.
JOB CONDITIONS AND WORK DEMANDS:
- Requires minimal lifting of 20 lbs occasionally and up to 20 pounds of force constantly to
move objects.
- Prolonged periods of sitting with periodic kneeling, standing, stooping and walking, as well as communication by phone and in person.
- Ability to travel to various office locations as required.
- Both inside and outside environmental conditions.
- Work Monday through Friday may include an occasional weekend event.
- Requires specific vision concentration for documentation and computer work.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Recruitment Operations
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for all open positions across multiple office locations.
- Accurately log all recruiting activities in the company’s centralized recruiting database, including but not limited to: recruiting calls made, interviews scheduled and conducted, summary of open job requisitions, and status updates on ongoing searches.
- Ensure proper approval is received prior to opening up job requisitions.
- Post job openings on internal and external job boards, company website, and other appropriate channels.
- Attend job fairs, career expos, and participate in community outreach activities to promote the company and attract diverse talent.
- Source, screen, and evaluate applicants to ensure qualifications align with job requirements.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and appropriate office staff.
- Collect and organize interview notes and feedback from interviewers.
- Stakeholder Communication
- Schedule and facilitate regular meetings with executive directors and clinical managers to review staffing needs, recruitment progress, and to foster open communication.
- Advise hiring managers on best practices, recruitment strategies, and market trends.
- Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with federal, state (Georgia and South Carolina), and local employment laws and regulations, including but not limited to EEO, ADA, and FLSA.
- Routinely review and promote pay equity to ensure fairness and eliminate pay disparities across all positions.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records in accordance with company policy and legal requirements.
- Onboarding Support
- Assist with reference checks and background verifications.
- Maintain regular communication with new hires who have extended notice periods to ensure engagement and retention prior to their start date,
- Communicate orientation details and onboarding requirements to new hires, as needed.
- Continuous Improvement
- Recommend and implement improvements to recruitment processes and tools.
- Stay informed on industry best practices and regulatory changes.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
