Key Responsibilities

- Preparing and submitting insurance claims.
- Managing patient billing, payments, and accounts.
- Following up on outstanding balances and claims.

- Ordering and maintaining office and clinical supplies.
- Coordinating with external vendors (e.g., lab services, equipment maintenance).
- Ensuring compliance with HIPAA and other regulations.

Office Organization:
- Maintaining a clean and welcoming reception area.
- Filing, organizing, and maintaining patient charts and electronic records.

Skills and Qualifications
- Educational Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (an associate degree in healthcare administration or related field is advantageous).
- Experience:

- Strong understanding of dental office operations, procedures, and terminology.
